ONLINE REQUIRED COURSES
To fulfill the required 16 hours of continuing education you may select from the courses below. You can take the full 16-hour course or break it down by taking the 8-hour required course and then 8 hours of elective real estate related topics.
All students must now complete a one-time required 2-hour Limited Service Agency course in addition to the 16 hours of continuing education.
All brokers are required to complete 24 hours of Continuing Education courses consisting of the 16 hours of required courses and topics, plus eight additional hours of pre-approved Real Estate Management and Agent Supervision.
For each course, you may either print out all of the materials on your own for the price specified, or you may purchase the materials preprinted from Alpha.

| This course was designed to fulfill the new education renewal requirement for Virginia Real Estate licensees whose license expires after July 1, 2007. This course must be taken in addition to the 16 hours of continuing education.

This course fulfills the eight hours of required topics out of the 16 hours of continuing education requirements for license renewal. Required topics include: agency, ethics, fair housing, contracts and legal updates.
