HOW TO REGISTER FOR COURSES

Each of the broker licensing courses may be taken by attending a classroom course or through 100% self study correspondence. You can register for classes by:

  • Visiting one of the campuses during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
  • Filling out and submitting the Student Enrollment Form in the Broker Licensing Brochure (PDF).
  • Clicking on the course date link and registering through Internet Member Services (IMS).

Alpha College of Real Estate reserves the right to cancel a course with a full refund to all paying participants. Classes may be postponed or cancelled if a minimum number of students have not pre-registered.

Real Estate Law, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Appraisal and other similar courses may be added. Up to one business day prior to the course starting, a student may 1) cancel the course and receive a refund minus a $25 administration fee or 2) use a free one time transfer to a future date of a similar course. Additional transfers are at the discretion of the school. A student who transfers and then cancels will not be given a refund. No refunds or transfers are allowed once the course has started. Text books are not returnable. Broker Licensing Classroom Students may transfer into the Broker Licensing Correspondence course for a fee of $50. If the Correspondence course requires a different text, the student is required to purchase the current course text.

"I was told Alpha was the best and George [Safire] was the best. So much so, that I commuted 300 miles/6 hours a day just to attend this specific class. They were all correct." -Frank D'Angelo
