The Building Practices and Trades Division of the Alpha College of Real Estate was established to provide primary and continuing education for home inspectors, real estate and trade professionals, and others interested in residential and commercial building construction, building maintenance and the building trades. Everyone is welcome.
We provide qualifying educational courses to individuals seeking to fulfill the “contact hour” requirements necessary to obtain a certificate and be recognized as a Virginia Certified Home Inspector. Periodically we will also offer continuing education sessions specifically designed for the experienced home inspector.
