Due to COVID-19 Alpha may move a course from the classroom to virtual at any point prior to or within the course. How to Get Certified
- Be a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®/Local Association
- Complete the course, "REBAC's Short Sales and Foreclosures Course: What Real Estate Professionals Need to Know"
- Complete the certification application on this site and one-time application fee of $175

Alpha College of Real Estate reserves the right to cancel a course with a full refund to all paying participants. Classes may be postponed or cancelled if a minimum number of students have not pre-registered.
Students who withdraw from a course at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee. Failure to notify the school at least 48 hours prior will result in registration fees being classified as non-transferable and non-refundable.
