Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource

Designed for real estate professionals at all experience levels, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification, or SFR for short, gives you a framework for understanding how to:

• Develop a short-sale package
• Negotiate with lenders
• Tap into buyer demand
• Safeguard your commission
• Limit risk
• Protect buyers

How to Get Certified

• Be a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®/Local Association
• Complete the course, "REBAC's Short Sales and Foreclosures Course: What Real Estate Professionals Need to Know"
• Complete the certification application on this site and one-time application fee of $175

This course satisfies the ABR® Elective.

Alpha College of Real Estate reserves the right to cancel a course with a full refund to all paying participants. Classes may be postponed or cancelled if a minimum number of students have not pre-registered.

Students who withdraw from a course at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee. Failure to notify the school at least 48 hours prior will result in registration fees being classified as non-transferable and non-refundable.
