The real estate licensing course may be taken by attending a classroom course or through 100% self study online correspondence. Check the following for a full list of courses.

You can register for a course by:
- Visiting the Chesapeake campus during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
- By calling the main office at (757) 427-1740 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
- Clicking on the course date link and registering through Internet Member Services (IMS).

Alpha College of Real Estate reserves the right to cancel a course with a full refund to all paying participants. Classes may be postponed or cancelled if a minimum number of students have not pre-registered.
